About the event
Come rest, relax, and recharge with an hour of yin yoga. Yin yoga is the practice of holding poses for three to eight minutes. Time, effort, and gravity allow our deeper connective tissues, such as fascia, to release. Since we are not technically “warming up the muscles”, there is no prerequisite stretching or exercise needed for class. Becca will guide you, support you, and offer pose modifications. Enjoy thisholistic journey to unwind your mind, body, and spirit with this slow-paced yin. Dress comfortably and in layers. Mats, props, and water are provided. After your somatic experience, indulge in a hot cup of tea (numerous flavors).
One hour of yoga. 30 minutes of tea time.
